The story
Khair Pistachio is an elaborate sweet-shop fantasy with a surprisingly woody spine. Pistachio gelato, hazelnut and sweet rum open alongside Italian bergamot and cardamom, creamy and brightly spiced.
The heart turns floral and fruity with white peony, jasmine, raspberry and white peach. A confection of whipped cream, marshmallow and cocoa then settles over cedarwood and sandalwood, keeping the sweetness from becoming sticky.
