Yes. Every bottle is factory-sealed and sourced from the perfume houses or their official distributors. We never sell decants as new bottles, refills or grey-market stock.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Orders ship from Ontario within one business day. Ontario and Quebec typically receive orders in 1 to 3 business days, the rest of Canada in 3 to 6. Rates for your address are shown at checkout.

Eau de parfum is an alcohol-based spray with a bright opening and good projection. Extrait de parfum carries a higher concentration of oils for more depth and wear. Perfume oils, or attars, are alcohol-free and sit close to the skin with an intimate, long-lasting trail.

Keep bottles away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. A cool drawer or cupboard keeps a fragrance at its best for years. Avoid the bathroom.

Place a piece on a heated charcoal disc or an electric burner and let the fragrant smoke fill the room. Waft it through clothing, hair and fabrics. Never leave a burner unattended.

Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded immediately; just email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Every order is packed gift-ready. Add a gift message in your bag and we will hand-write it on a card, with no prices included in the parcel.
